UNIT RULES, 420 FRIENDLY This is a 420 friendly home with simple house rules. All smoking and vaping are for outside only, never inside the unit. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, all building rules apply, and we ask every guest to follow Florida law during their stay.
THE SPACE The open layout sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The home has 1 full bathroom with a bathtub plus 1 convenient half bathroom, so the total is 1.5 bathrooms. The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook at home, and a dedicated workspace with fast wifi keeps remote work smooth. Self check in gets you in fast, and the in unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple.
