Welcome to 147th Avenue Vibe, a roughly 7,000 square foot single level mansion estate on a quiet cul-de-sac in Davie. Nine large bedrooms and five lavish bathrooms sleep 16 guests in real beds, including an attached in-law suite that works perfectly for multigenerational trips. This is a full entertainment house: a cinema with recliner rows, a game room with foosball, a pool table and air hockey, a shuffleboard corner, and a great room where the formal dining table and a second pool table sit under one huge open plan ceiling with the black and white marble chef kitchen. The primary bath is a marble showpiece with a freestanding tub and dual vanities. Outside is your private paradise: a resort style pool with a wide lounger deck, covered patio dining, an orange sectional on the lawn, a playground and hammock under the palms, and lush landscaping in every direction. Top golf courses, shopping and dining are minutes away, and the Hard Rock is about 15 minutes. Good to know: parking is limited to 4 cars. Pets are welcome. For safety, exterior cameras face the driveway (front) and the pool (back) and stay on during your stay, and noise monitoring devices measure decibel levels only and do not record audio. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
