Twelve guests get three levels of bright, designer finished space: five bedrooms, six real beds and four full bathrooms, with sun filled rooms and luxury finishes throughout. Your private plunge pool anchors the back garden, and the rooftop terrace up top runs a deep sectional lounge made for sunset sessions. Inside, the open main level pairs a chef style kitchen with a granite island and bar seating, a dining table for the whole group and a relaxed living room with a big screen TV. Balconies off the upper floors catch the breeze, and the primary suite spa bath has a freestanding soaking tub and a glass rain shower. You are minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach, with Hugh Taylor Birch State Park close by for beach days and nature trails. Parking is limited to 2 cars, so plan rideshares for bigger groups. Good to know: this is a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties or events, and no commercial filming or photo shoots on the premises. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
