420 FRIENDLY, OUTSIDE ONLY: Cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, in the yard and around the pool. Never inside the home. Keep it discreet, keep it respectful, and enjoy the Hallandale evenings. Welcome to 4th Street Vibe, a newly renovated 5 bedroom home in Hallandale Beach, minutes from the sand, Gulfstream Park and Aventura. Ten guests spread out across seven real beds and two living rooms, so there is always a quiet corner and always a gathering spot. The fenced backyard is built for slow days: a long lap style pool, a bubbling hot tub, a fire pit table for the evening session, dining under the palms, a BBQ grill and string lights overhead. Inside, the open kitchen and dining room keep the group together, and a dual monitor workspace in the second living room makes remote work easy. Good to know: parking is limited to 2 cars. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
