One minute from the sand on Hollywood Beach, this boho luxe 6BR beach house puts the Boardwalk, beach bars and Ocean's Walk right outside your door, then brings everyone home to a heated pool, a loaded game room and two living areas made for long, easy nights. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the patio, balcony and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Six styled bedrooms (three kings, one room with two queens, and two queens) sleep 12 in hotel quality linen, with four stone tiled spa bathrooms. The chef's kitchen runs galley style with high end appliances and a moveable island, and the dining room seats seven under a chandelier. Downstairs, the main living room pairs plush sofas with a wall mounted TV and fireplace; upstairs, a second lounge with a double chaise is the quiet movie night spot. GAME ROOM AND BACKYARD The converted game room is stacked: billiards, shuffleboard, air hockey and table tennis. Outside, the heated pool and raised spa sit beside a big patio dining table and grill, with loungers for the sun hours. Pool heat note: external heaters cannot run when outside temperatures fall below 60 degrees. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk, beach bars, shops and restaurants are steps away, about a 1 minute walk to the sand and 4 minutes to Ocean's Walk. Fort Lauderdale and Miami day trips are an easy drive. GOOD TO KNOW Bed map: BR1 king, BR2 king, BR3 two queens, BR4 queen, BR5 queen, BR6 king. Washer and dryer in the home. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
