Two full homes on one secluded Fort Lauderdale estate: 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a screened heated pool, a full size tennis court, a private cinema and a canal dock, 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport and built for big groups who want space and privacy at once. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the patio, balcony and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE ESTATE Each home stands on its own with 5 bedrooms, its own kitchen and living room, so two families or one big crew can spread out and still gather in the middle. Between them: 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a game room with pool table and foosball, and a movie theater with an 86 inch TV and recliner rows. OUTSIDE The screened pool deck is the daily headquarters, with loungers and a dining lanai. Beyond it: the blue tennis court (which doubles for basketball), a playground, a sand volleyball court, a putting green, a hot tub patio, and Adirondack chairs on the canal dock. Parking is plentiful for up to 7 cars. FOR YOUR SAFETY Exterior cameras cover the front and back of the houses and stay on during your stay. Noise monitoring devices measure decibel levels only and do not record audio. Weekly pool and landscaping crews may visit with notice. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet, leafy Fort Lauderdale neighborhood near the canals, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Las Olas and the beach. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
