The cozier half of our Tequesta pair: a stylish 3BR townhome on the Jupiter line built for smaller groups, with the same heated 20x40 community pool and hot tub, a game room, a rooftop terrace and a private 2 car driveway, 8 to 10 minutes from Jupiter Beach. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the terrace and in the shared outdoor areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Three bedrooms sleep 6: a floral walled king primary with ensuite, a second king room with chevron accents, and a white bunk room the kids will fight over. Two full bathrooms and a half bath serve the house. The open living area runs a long sectional with orange armchairs, the white kitchen carries an island with stools, and a round dining table seats the group. Washer and dryer in the home, lockbox self check-in. THE COMMUNITY The heated community pool and hot tub sit under the palms a short walk from the door, shared with the small townhome community. The unit's rooftop terrace with its pergola is the sunset spot. GOOD TO KNOW We manage several similar units here; your specific unit is assigned 24 hours before arrival, and layout, beds and amenities stay consistent while decor can vary slightly. Parking is limited to 2 cars in the private driveway, never on the grass or street. An additional $500 deposit applies for July 4th bookings per the host's standard terms. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
