Modern Hollywood living two miles from the beach and the famous Broadwalk: a double height great room, a white on white kitchen, and a backyard built around a glowing pool with an inset spa and a turf lawn, all in the heart of the city. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the balcony, patio and by the pool. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 8: three kings and a two bed room, with three bathrooms including a freestanding soaking tub in the primary bath. Downstairs is one tall, light filled volume: lounge with burnt orange sofas, dining for eight, a sleek kitchen with an island, and glass walls opening to the patio. Upstairs, a private balcony with a bistro set overlooks the pool. OUTSIDE Pool and inset spa on a turf lawn with loungers and a shaded covered patio for outdoor dining. BBQ grill on hand. Parking is limited to 2 cars. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Central Hollywood, serene and family friendly: the beach and Broadwalk 2 miles east, Gulfstream Park 12 minutes, Seminole Hard Rock 18 minutes, the airport about 21 minutes, and Miami and Fort Lauderdale both an easy drive. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; this is a quiet, family friendly street, please respect the neighbors • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming, photo shoots or other commercial activity • Pool heating is available for a small fee; pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • Parking is limited to 2 cars • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. The host also collects an additional $500 security deposit before arrival, and additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
