A modern mid-century estate on an expansive double lot in East Fort Lauderdale, less than 2 miles from the beach: 4,000 square feet, six bedrooms, a red walled game room, and a backyard with a pool, tennis and basketball court, playground and fire pit. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, by the pool, at the fire pit and in the yard. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Six bedrooms sleep 12: two kings (one with its own sitting area), one queen, and three rooms with two queens each, with four bathrooms in marble and designer tile, walk-in showers and soaking tubs. The open main level runs a fireplace living room with a chaise sectional, a chef's kitchen with double ovens and a breakfast bar island, dining for 12, and a dedicated workspace by the glass stair rail. THE GAME ROOM A full arcade in the garage: billiards, air hockey, foosball, table tennis, a basketball shootout and skee-ball. OUTSIDE Heated pool with a hot tub on the brick deck, loungers and hanging pod chairs, a private tennis and basketball court, a kids' playground with slides and a climbing dome, and a fire pit corner under the palms. BBQ grill and alfresco dining by the pool. Free parking on site. THE NEIGHBORHOOD East Fort Lauderdale: beaches minutes away, Las Olas Boulevard about 6 miles, Pompano Beach just north, with the Brightline, water taxi and trolley nearby. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming, photo shoots or other commercial activity • Pool heating is available for a small fee; pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property for safety purposes only • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. The host also collects an additional $1,000 security deposit before arrival, and additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
