This newly built 8BR Fort Lauderdale home is built for big groups who want a house that looks like nothing else on the street. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, by the pool and in the yard. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Eight bedrooms sleep 14: two kings, four queens, one room with two queens and one with two twins, with five full bathrooms. The main level is all drama: a sectional living room under two stories of glass, a dining room in a window wall seating the whole group, a deep blue chef's kitchen with double ovens, and a blacked out game room with ping pong, air hockey and a basketball shootout. OUTSIDE A private pool with a raised spa in the walled courtyard, a grill for barbecue nights under the stars, and parking for up to 3 vehicles. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet residential pocket of Fort Lauderdale, about 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, with beaches, dining and shopping a short drive east. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming, photo shoots or other commercial activity • Parking is limited to 3 vehicles • The $1,500 refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival per the booking terms.
