Description
A sun drenched 4BR Hallandale Beach home with a trick up its sleeve: a completely private detached guest house, plus a resort backyard with a glowing pool, a custom mini golf course, a fire pit lounge and hammocks under the palms. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, by the pool, at the fire pit and in the yard. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited: violations incur a $750 remediation fee plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 8: a king and two queens in the main house (one queen with a private ensuite bath) and a king in the detached guest house at the back of the yard for total privacy. Three full bathrooms. The bright living room runs two deep sofas and a Roku smart TV, and the kitchen faces the backyard with dining for 6 to 8 inside and a full outdoor dining table on the patio. THE BACKYARD RESORT Fully fenced and all yours: pool with a volleyball net and basketball hoop, mini golf, a fire pit lounge, propane BBQ grill, hammocks, loungers, and a kids' play corner with a slide. Weekly pool and landscaping teams may briefly access the outdoor areas during longer stays. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A peaceful, family friendly pocket of southern Hollywood: under 10 minutes to Hollywood Beach, 5 minutes to Gulfstream Park, about 21 minutes to Seminole Hard Rock, 24 minutes to FLL airport. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or photography • City mandated quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; no outdoor music or loud disruptions during quiet hours • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Parking is strictly limited to 2 cars in the private driveway. City ordinances are enforced and extra vehicles parked on the street or grass will be towed by the city • Pool heating is available for a small fee; pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F. Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times • The $500 refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival per the booking terms (an additional $500 applies for July 4th bookings)
