One short block from Pompano Beach, this newly built (2022) 5BR townhome stacks the good life over three floors: a private heated pool at ground level, and a rooftop deck with a Jacuzzi, fire pit and views of both the bay and the beach. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the roof deck, balcony and by the pool. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Five bedrooms sleep 12 across three floors: three kings (two with ensuite baths), a two queen room, and a trundle room (queen plus twin), with four bathrooms in total. Bright open living with a large smart TV, a high end kitchen with double ovens and a long island, and dining for 8. Boho inspired decor and upscale finishes throughout, plus a balcony level for morning coffee. OUTSIDE Your private heated pool with lounge seating at ground level, and up top the roof deck: turf, Jacuzzi, fire pit, loungers and sunset views both ways. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Washer and dryer in the home. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Beach neighborhood of Pompano Beach: a 2 minute walk to the water, with the Fisher Family Pier, Indian Mound Park, restaurants and bars minutes away. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Pool heating is available for a small fee; the pool heater may not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. The host also collects an additional $1,000 security deposit before arrival, and additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
