Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the roof deck, balcony and patio. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Five bedrooms sleep 12: three kings (two with ensuite baths), a two queen room, and a trundle room (queen plus twin), with four bathrooms. The open main level runs a big living room with a smart TV, a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, and dining for 8. A balcony off the upper floor catches the breeze. THE ROOFTOP The standout: private Jacuzzi, fire pit, lounge seating and long views, made for morning coffee, sunset cocktails and nights under the stars. Bonus: guests also enjoy access to the swimming pool at the neighboring motel. Parking for up to 2 cars. Washer and dryer in the home. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Beach neighborhood of Pompano Beach: the Fisher Family Pier, Indian Mound Park, restaurants, bars and shops minutes away. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • The standard refundable security deposit for this property is $1,000, held per the booking terms; additional deposit requirements apply in some situations (local guests, last minute bookings, July 4th), per the host's standard terms.
