A majestic 9BR estate right on the banks of the St Lucie River in Palm City: gated grounds, mature trees, a resort style yard with a heated pool and hot tub, a loaded games room, and your own private dock on the river. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the balcony, by the pool, at the fire pit and down by the dock. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Nine elegant bedrooms sleep 16 (two kings, two queens, a two queen room, a two full room and three more fulls; the text bed list totals 11 beds), four downstairs and five up, every one with hotel grade linen and a 4K TV. Five lavish bathrooms, including a primary ensuite with dual multi jet showers, a jacuzzi bath and his and hers vanities. Two living areas: a grand room with a fireplace and wall mounted smart TV, and a second lounge off the kitchen. The chef's kitchen is an entertainer's dream, with formal dining for 10, a kitchen table for 7 and a breakfast bar for 4. The games room runs billiards, table tennis, foosball and a basketball game, and holds the laundry (washer and dryer) plus a second fridge. THE GROUNDS Heated pool and hot tub, a full summer kitchen with BBQ, alfresco dining under the shady upper balcony, hammocks and sun loungers on the lawn, a fire pit, a kids' playground and swing set, and the private dock: bring your own boat and explore the river. Free parking for multiple vehicles inside the gates. THE AREA Picturesque Palm City: Halpatiokee Regional Park 10 minutes (kayak the South Fork), Leighton Park 15 minutes, golf courses all around, and Kanner Crossing Plaza (Publix) 15 minutes for supplies. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Pool heating is available for a small fee; pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • An additional $500 security deposit is collected prior to arrival (an additional $500 applies for July 4th bookings; 2 night bookings require an additional deposit). Security deposits cannot be paid by credit card
