A brand new boho luxe townhome (summer 2023) in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, in the same small 4 unit complex as its sister homes: private plunge pool, a rooftop terrace, and light filled designer interiors, minutes from downtown and Las Olas. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the rooftop terrace, balcony and by the pool. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 10 on 5 beds, with 3 bathrooms (the primary ensuite runs a freestanding soaking tub on a pebble floor). Deep blue sectionals anchor the open living level, the kitchen pairs granite counters with a bold blue tile backsplash, and there is dining inside plus sliders out to the pool. In unit washer and dryer. OUTSIDE Your private heated plunge pool at ground level, a balcony off the upper floor, and the rooftop terrace with lounge seating for sunset drinks. Parking for up to 2 cars. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet residential pocket with downtown Fort Lauderdale minutes away: Las Olas Blvd for dining and boutiques, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and the beach close by, and local favorite The Grove around the corner. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Parking is limited to 2 cars • The pool heater does not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • A $500 security deposit is required prior to arrival (an additional $500 applies for July 4th bookings), per the host's standard terms
