A beautiful newly built townhome (summer 2023) in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, the fourth home in this small boho luxe complex: private plunge pool, rooftop terrace, and contemporary designer interiors minutes from downtown. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the rooftop terrace, balcony and by the pool. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 10 on 5 beds, with 3 bathrooms, including a primary ensuite with a freestanding tub set on a pebble floor. Light filled open living with deep sectionals, a granite and stainless kitchen with a statement blue tile wall, and dining that flows to the pool sliders. Washer and dryer in the unit. OUTSIDE Your private heated plunge pool, a balcony for morning coffee, and the rooftop terrace with lounge seating and neighborhood views. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet, relaxed residential area of single family homes and small apartments, minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas Blvd dining and boutiques, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and the beach, with The Grove restaurant nearby. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Parking is limited to 2 cars • The pool heater does not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • An additional $500 security deposit is required prior to arrival (an additional $500 applies for July 4th bookings). Security deposits cannot be paid by credit card
