420-FRIENDLY (OUTSIDE ONLY): This is a wellness-friendly Vibe where cannabis is welcome in the outdoor areas only (the pool deck, the balcony and the backyard). Smoking of any kind is NEVER allowed inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus any costs for damaged furniture, and if the smell of smoke causes the next reservation to be cancelled, that stay's cost is the guest's responsibility. Please be respectful of neighbors and local laws at all times. A brand new 2022 built mansion in the heart of Plantation, all clean lines, glass and light across 7,000 square feet on one private, fenced estate. Eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms give a full group real room to spread out, and the backyard is the social heart of the house: a long private pool lined with loungers, a shaded gazebo, and a fire pit circle on the lawn made for long Florida evenings. Inside, the entertaining stack is serious. A private movie theater with recliner seating handles film nights, and the game room runs a pool table, foosball and table tennis. The open living spaces carry oversized sectionals and wall to wall glass looking straight out to the pool, the chef's kitchen centers on a huge island, and the bedrooms mix king suites with patterned statement walls and spa style ensuites with soaking tubs and glass showers. Plantation puts you minutes from Sawgrass Mills, one of the largest outlet malls in the country, the Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood beaches, and a full ring of golf courses, with the Hard Rock and the airport an easy drive away. GOOD TO KNOW: The pool at this home is NOT heated. Parking is available on site for up to 8 cars. For your safety, exterior surveillance cameras operate at the front and back of the house during your stay, and noise monitoring devices measure decibel levels only (they do not record audio). HOUSE RULES AND DEPOSIT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM, with a 3 night minimum. The refundable damage deposit for this home is $1,500, due before arrival, and deposits cannot be paid by credit card. Local resident bookings and bookings made within 7 days of arrival require an additional deposit of $1,000, July 4th holiday bookings require an additional $500 deposit, and 2 night bookings require an additional deposit as well. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid photo ID for all guests is required before arrival. Occupancy is strictly capped at 8 adults (ages 13 and over) plus up to 4 children under 13, per the host's terms, and no unregistered guests are allowed. Parties, events and fireworks are strictly prohibited, and commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM.
