420-FRIENDLY (OUTSIDE ONLY): This is a wellness-friendly Vibe where cannabis is welcome in the outdoor areas only (the covered terrace, the pool deck and the balcony). Smoking of any kind is NEVER allowed inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus any costs for damaged furniture, and if the smell of smoke causes the next reservation to be cancelled, that stay's cost is the guest's responsibility. Please be respectful of neighbors and local laws at all times. An 8,000 plus square foot mansion estate in Plantation's most prestigious enclave, and one of the biggest homes in the portfolio: 9 bedrooms, 15 beds, a private cinema, a full game room and a resort backyard, all behind a circular palm lined drive. The sleep map is built for groups: Bedroom 1 has two queen beds, Bedroom 2 has two king beds, Bedroom 3 has one king, Bedroom 4 has two full beds, Bedroom 5 has two queens, Bedroom 6 has two kings, Bedroom 7 has two queens, Bedroom 8 has one king and Bedroom 9 has one king, with canopy suites, a house style bunk room for the kids and marble primary baths with jetted tubs. Downstairs, double height living rooms with a fireplace, a formal dining room seating a full group, and a chef's kitchen with double islands and granite everywhere keep everyone together. Outside, the freeform pool glows at night under the palms, with loungers all around, a covered terrace lounge with a hanging pod chair, and a gazebo outdoor kitchen with a built in BBQ for long alfresco evenings. The game room runs a pool table, table tennis and air hockey, with a gym corner and basketball setup alongside, and the cinema seats the whole crew in recliners. Plantation is a quiet, established community minutes from premier golf courses, Sawgrass Mills and exclusive shopping, with the Hard Rock Casino about a 15 minute drive and the Fort Lauderdale beaches close behind. GOOD TO KNOW: Pool heating is available for a small fee, and external pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Parking is available on site for up to 6 cars. HOUSE RULES AND DEPOSIT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM, with a 3 night minimum. The refundable damage deposit for this home is $2,000, due before arrival, and deposits cannot be paid by credit card. Local resident bookings and bookings made within 7 days of arrival require an additional deposit of $1,000, July 4th holiday bookings require an additional $500 deposit, and 2 night bookings require an additional deposit as well. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid photo ID for all guests is required before arrival. Occupancy is strictly capped at 8 adults (ages 13 and over) plus up to 4 children under 13, per the host's terms, and no unregistered guests are allowed. Parties, events and fireworks are strictly prohibited, and commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM.
