The 420 house rules: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the private balcony and in designated outdoor areas. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours, The Tides Condominium policies, and Florida law apply at all times. Experience coastal living at its finest in this spacious residence located at The Tides Condominium in Hollywood, Florida. This thoughtfully curated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, an integrated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy beautiful city views. For added convenience, washer and dryer facilities are available on every floor. THE VIBESBNB EXPERIENCE Guests enjoy access to: oceanfront swimming pool, direct beach access, fitness center, business center, cafe and convenience store, resort-style common areas, and beautiful coastal surroundings. Whether visiting for a relaxing beach vacation, a wellness retreat, a remote work escape, or a family getaway, this residence offers comfort and convenience. IMPORTANT CONDOMINIUM FEES (PAID SEPARATELY) Please note the following fees are administered directly by The Tides Condominium Association: Valet parking at $100 weekly, $125 bi-weekly, $150 for three weeks, $175 for four weeks, and a $40 holiday rate. The condominium requires the purchase of a FOB access key at $30 per FOB, required for every two adults, non-refundable. Pets may be accepted with prior approval (maximum weight 20 pounds; additional pet charges may apply; please confirm pet eligibility before booking). HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0. Cancellation is Flexible: full refund until 24 hours before check-in.
