Resort and parking fees are administered by Hyde Beach Resort and Residences and are not included. Resort fees: 1 to 14 days at $40.00 per day plus tax; 15 to 29 days at $35.00 per day plus tax; 30+ days at $30.00 per day plus tax. Parking: 1 to 7 days at $35.00 per day plus tax; 8+ days at $30.00 per day plus tax; up to 3 hours at $20.00 plus tax; additional hours at $8.00 plus tax per hour; monthly rate (30+ days) at $650.00 plus tax. A refundable security deposit hold of $250 is required per stay. Pets must be approved prior to arrival; if approved, a $100 pet deposit is required and additional restrictions may apply. All resort fees, parking fees, deposits, and policies are subject to change without notice. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0 (note: the resort requires a separate $250 hold as above). Cancellation is Flexible: full refund until 24 hours before check-in.
