Located on the 30th floor of the exclusive Icon Brickell building, the condo offers High-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a washer & dryer to ensure convenience throughout your stay. Guests enjoy access to a world-class spa, hot tub, and gym, as well as four on-site restaurants, including the renowned Cipriani. Important Note About the Pool The swimming pool is currently under renovation. At this time, it is open only on weekends and remains closed during weekdays. Please be advised that the pool may also close on weekends. We recommend requesting the latest updates before your stay. Additionally, construction is ongoing, so there may be noise and people working in the lobby. Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise). Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee After 12 am: $75 fee Parking (Not Included) Valet at Icon: $11 (0–1 hr), $19 (1–4 hrs), $24 (4–10 hrs), $34 (10–24 hrs) – no re-entry Valet at W Hotel (next door): $42 overnight – no re-entry Metered parking: 1–3 blocks away 701 Brickell garage (2 blocks away): $15 overnight (6 pm–7 am)
