420-FRIENDLY POLICY: IMPORTANT This Sian Condo residence is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis-friendly condo welcomes responsible adults. The unit rules for 420: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, never inside the unit. Please note the building balcony is currently CLOSED for construction, so outdoor consumption is limited to permitted outdoor areas. Quiet hours and Sian building rules apply at all times, and all guests must follow Florida law. Amazing unit at the Sian condo on the 8th floor in Hollywood, Florida. This apartment offers two large bedrooms: the first bedroom with a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bath; plus 2 full bathrooms. The unit is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay, with direct ocean views and beach chairs. The condo has a pool and gym. BUILDING FEES AND POLICIES (PAID SEPARATELY) The condo charges $30 for the electronic key, payable at check-in (not included in the price). Fob fees: 1 fob for up to 3 adults (18+) is $30; 2 fobs for 4 to 6 adults is $60; 3 fobs for 7 to 9 adults is $90. Children under 18 do not require a fob. Parking rates: 1 day $20, 2 days $40, 3 days $45, 4 days $60, 5 days $75, 6 to 7 days $90, 8 to 14 days $125, 15 to 31 days $175, guest visitor $20. PLEASE NOTE: The building is under construction during this period, so there may be noise. The building balcony is CLOSED until construction is finished. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern, with a 2-night minimum stay. No parties or events. The cancellation policy is Flexible.
