A few simple unit rules keep every stay smooth: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on your private balcony. Never inside the unit, not even on a rainy day. Quiet hours and all Hyde Beach House building rules apply at all times, and we ask every guest to follow Florida law. When in doubt, step outside and keep it discreet. Perched on the 23rd floor of the iconic Hyde Beach House at 4111 Collins Ave, this sky-high Miami Beach vacation rental pairs jaw-dropping Atlantic views with true beachfront condo living, just steps from the sand in the heart of Miami Beach. This spacious 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat sleeps 4 in style: a serene primary bedroom with a plush king bed and private en-suite bath, plus a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping high-floor views, and a queen sofa bed. The fully equipped integrated kitchen makes family meals easy, and you will love the in-unit washer and dryer, ironing board, and hair dryers. Step out and live the Miami resort life: head down to the 6th-floor pool with chaise lounges and towel service, work out in the 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, or claim your beach setup. Two beach chairs, one umbrella, and four beach towels are included with your stay. Collins Ave puts you minutes from South Beach restaurants, nightlife, and Ocean Drive. THE FINE PRINT Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 applies per stay, and the refundable security deposit is $0. Cancellation is Firm: full refund until 30 days before check-in, partial refund after that. No parties or events. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and emergency exits on site. Please note: Hyde Beach House charges mandatory resort fees separately at check-in (per-apartment daily resort fee and valet parking at current hotel rates; credit card and ID must match the reservation name).
